"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"There was initial disagreement over how many rooms we had booked that would have been resolved quickly if a representative of the hotel were on premises. While this hotel is well rated for cleanliness, the floor was covered in debris and what appeared to be toenail clippings. I am baffled at how this hotel receives good reviews. "
