"staff used to be very nice new staff they have now are very rude - lie about rates- horrible should have kept staff they had - change isn’t always good"

"Overall I would recommend, staff were awesome, liked cleanly ness, breakfast was so good! The issues were the pool was really cold, only stayed in it about 20minutes, we all were shivering, did not like the pocket door between bedroom & bathroom, very hard to open & close, made less privacy for use of bathroom,"

"When I booked the room, it said nothing about the hotel being under renovations. The pool and gym are closed but advertised as open. The property is very run down. Every faucet in the bathroom leaked and you could hear it all night. The toilet kept filling every 10 minutes. The spout in the shower was falling off. After a long day of travel, I wanted to take a hot bath and when I saw the tub I changed my mind real fast. The breakfast offered was good and I appreciated the coffee/tea bar that was stocked well. But I would never stay there again."

"stayed for 4 nights — front desk was very helpful! there was some issues with payment, but the front desk lady at the time was super nice and patient while we got it sorted out. rooms were clean and well maintained ; however, I noticed the second time I went to use the shower, there was black ants coming out from what seems like the cracks in the caulking which freaked me out. Breakfast was okay — they had you’re own “make your waffles” (kids enjoyed it lol), but not a lot to choose from. There is a dinner right next to the hotel that’s walking distance from which is nice. The only thing that concerned me was that the front doors were never closed and there’s no security or “scan in” option for when it’s super late at night. (I’m a very paranoid person, so this might be an issue for everyone 😅)"
