"I booked a double room with a bathroom and got neither. It was extremely uncomfortable to have to share the bathroom with the whole floor and sometimes people from other floors. the room had no AC so the room was extremely hot and they never cleaned our room just changed towels. There was no elevator. The manager refunded me 100 euros for the inconvenience and did charge the tax which I thought it a good gesture. "This is a good hotel for the price. The Metro #3 is literally next to the front door. There is a new modern grocery across street and plenty of cafes nearby. The room was larger than other Paris hotels that are twice the price. The bathroom is also large with a has a tub shower. If you are from the US, this is similar to a Motel 6. Clean, not perfect, no frills, but also not crowded. Staff are friendly and always available. If you can manage those expectations this is a good value as it is 1/3...
