Discovered pile of my belongings trashed on the floor when I was back after my excursion at 23:30 on May 14 2024. "On the Hotels.com website it says that you can’t check after 9pm which was a problem for us since our flight got delayed till 11pm. I was worried and called many times but no one answered. Come to find out that there is a self check in outside the lobby of the hotel.. would have appreciated knowing that before hand. There were bugs everywhere and the sheets could have been cleaner.
