All main tourist attractions are on walking distance. 2 Main squares and metro/train stations are also just around the corner. Main shopping street and all restaurants and takes are just around the corners. Overall, ideal hotel for short stay and sight seeing."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Art Gallery hotel. While the hotel is dated and could use updating, the value for money is quite good. The location is excellent - very walkable to the Acropolis and dining. The staff were pleasant and helpful with local recommendations. One minor complaint: one staff member liked to sit outside and smoke on the front steps, and the smoke wafted in and up to the corridor outside our room. All in all, I would recommend this for a budget hotel option in Athens."

"There is a hygiene problem in the hotel, especially the bathroom as it is a shared bathroom, it seems to be really old and the place overall needs to be done from top to bottom, also another problem was that the WiFi we were given wasn’t the hotel’s WiFi, instead, it was just the WiFi of a shop by the hotel which led to a lack of internet connection. "Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."
