"Very poor service arrived at hotel to be told i dont have a booking and all the rooms were booked! Left stranded late at night without anywhere to go........ ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING "

"Really disappointing. Met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff, and hidden tax to pay on the booking before check-in (no mention during the booking process). No lift, uncomfortable bed, and loose electricity sockets. Bathroom was held together with red tape and the plastic structure was full of holes and what looks like cigarette burns. Avoid this place if you have another option"

"Disappointing. The booking form did not make clear the accommodation was a tent. and did not include such basics as towels, Pillows, bedding etc. We were offered a wooden building fully equipped apart from the above. In view of the uncertainty of finding alternative we reluctantly accepted and improvised despite my age (86).
