"Our hostess, Aubra, met us within minutes of us ringing her through WhatsApp as per the directions on the door. Our room was on the ground floor and very easy to access. A/C worked great! My only complaint is no shampoo was provided in the bathroom. The hotel is just steps away from Casa del Moro Rey (listed as a National Monument) and the local peacocks who reside there kept us entertained in the small plaza by the front door. On the positive side, we found that although it didn’t say they didn’t have 24 hour front desk, when we arrived at 4 o’clock in the morning, someone woke up to allow us to check in.
