"It was near the center of town (5 minutes walk). The parking place is not near hotel and have to use public parking space. The receptionist was helpful but not always was there. Minimal space for parking while checking in. Hotel entrance was hidden by construction. Help yourself to fresh fruit and packaged pastries and coffee machine "

"Excellent for; Great location at the heart of the old city is San Sebastian. Wide room with comfortable bed. Noted; Very noisy with loud music till mid night around 2 am. Strongly recomends to have earplugs. Limited hot water from shower only for 5 min, and it becomes cold water, take care."

"All was good. As expected. Food was nice in the evening. All freshly cooked. Only issue was the AC that was not efficient. Got quite hot overnight. We are back there in a few days so we will see if it was just our room."

"This was a small boutique hotel just outside of old town San Sebastian. It was very clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. When you make your reservation, make sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance so they can email you the check in instructions, as there is no reception desk there. They will ask for a photo of your passport or a number. They will email you this or contact you via WhatsApp to get it. Sounds strange, but it worked out great. I would stay here again with my wife...

"It was exactly as expected. Great staff, very helpful. But the hotel and its amenities are very old, in need of a renovation. Either way, it was a nice stay overall. Wide rooms and comfortable individual beds. Clean room and bathroom. We got a room with a terrace which was nice. "

L'emplacement est fabuleux sur une rue piétonne près de plein de restos et de la mer. Il faut environ 10 minutes pour se rendre au parking payant 27 Euro/jour mais ça vaut le coup. "Eibarrooms is in an excellent barycentric location for visiting Bilbao, San Sebastian, the coast and the hinterland. The self-check-in offered by the property is very convenient. The facility is modern and functional. Clean room and huge bathroom (my room was #7). I just report some difficulties in parking the car near the hotel. Some possibility to find parking along the “Otaola Hiribidea” street close to ALDI."
