Harbor House Beautiful 4 bedroom house, minutes from beach/lake and cute town!

"We had a wonderful visit to the UP and the Harbor House provided a really great space for our large group. Communication with the host, Maddy, was excellent. It's been a terrible mosquito season up there and unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes in the house. We were able to figure out that most of the moquitoes seemed to be coming in through the newly installed window AC unit vents and once those were blocked the number of mosquitoes drastically decreased. We let Maddy know what was going on and she was responsive and kind and even provided us with a bit of a refund for our troubles. Aside from the mosquitoes, it was a great stay and we'd recommend the property!"

"Amazing place. Stayed with a group of 12 and everyone had their own bed and never got bored of things to do. Basketball, hot tub, card table, outdoor stuff nearby. Highly recommended"

"We like the deck and dog tie out, though to cold and rainy to enjoy. All the accomidations you'd need for a stay were available. Pots, pan, dishes, towels, games, puzzles, etc. I liked the decor and furnishings. If you like it HOT! turn on the furnace. Though a bit loud, it was instant oven. Feedback: the toilet bowl discoloration caught me off guard, the shower surround needs updating. Bath bars were left behind. Kinda gross. And the soap dispenser attached to the shower wall reminded me of a Super 8. My sister stayed in the room by the back door and she commented that the bed tagged in the middle and that the windows were crafty. All together, nothing terrible, or scary. We were there for the Annual Rockin' Weekend and it suited us fine. Thank you."

"We had everything we could need — items most VRBOs do not include. The house is fabulous and literally “a stone’s throw” from Lake Superior. We loved our stay here and will enjoy it again in the future."

"The host was amazing in communicating and the place was clean. Really enjoyed the large yard for my pup and the lake was great. It is in the middle of nothing which i loved and found that Pats grocery store in Munising was the closet at about 30 minutes away which also was fine. Just a heads up for the people that don’t bring there own groceries"

"Was there for snowmobile trip, only stayed 1.5 days of my planned 3 day trip, due to the incoming blizzard. Overall the place was nice. Only issue is the snowmobile trailer parking they advertise. Well its no good, and you can barely get to it with how they plow the snow. and once I was back there it was hard to get turned around and get back out. They do have ample parking, but where they want you to park you trailer just isint going to work. I think they should revisit their plans for parking, but otherwise a nice place to stay. "
