This is a great experience and a fabulous view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast and Dinner included and if not enough there is a huge supermarket just nearby. Only comment is instead of on request, i suggest directly providing bath robe in each room.

Lake #Yamanaka is the largest, with highest altitude but shallowest and closest to the base of Mount #Fuji out of the Fuji Five Lakes. It is a lot less developed compared to Lake Kawaguchi, with the locals found fishing on the shore during warmer months. The lake is around 8km in diameter, with walkways clearly marked. When I was here in April the weather was strangely cold and there were no cherry blossoms to be found. I thought I already missed the season but the guest house's owner advised me that they would bloom later in the month due to the high altitude of the area. I was in Japan for 10 days and this was the ONLY day that Mt Fuji was visible for a whole day, so I considered myself extremely lucky. When I reached the lake it was near sunset so I couldn't venture far off. As soon as I found this branch of sakura tree I knew the powerful #silhouette would work and this definitely was my favourite image of the whole trip.

Biggest lake and it’s the only lake that Mt Fuji reflects on its water! But we were unlucky to see that due to bad weather.
