After hiking for a few hours on what turned out to be the wrong path, we finally made our way back to the car to drive up the awesome Transfagarasan Road (only like the coolest road I've ever travelled). When we arrived at the lake it was already pretty late so we decided to stay the night in the cabin, and the day after we got up at 4 AM to watch the sun rise over the misty mountains. One of the highlights on our trip to Romania for sure! #europe #romania #balealac #transfagarasanroad #carpathianmountains #green
