Breakfast was great and delicious. Close to Hakata station which is great also. It will be appreciated if extra fee for the hotel stay will be noted during the booking. Extra fee is not expensive but still it will be great if the fee is posted on their website.

Breakfast not offered in hotel but in restaurant 2 floors below the Lobby. Quality of food on offer 3 stars or below. KEI HOTEL LIKE RESIDENCE
It was a contactless check-in. It’s kinda nice, but I think I would prefer to have a physical person there for any questions and recommendations. The room was more spacious than we expected, which was nice.

The check-in process was annoying and took 10-15 minutes, which was way too long for an automated process.
