I recently stayed at Movenpick Islamabad. From the moment I arrived the staff were on hand to help and attentive to detail. The room was excellent with a fantastic view of Islamabad. Beautiful property, exceptionally accommodating staff. Many restaurants of different kinds in the hotel itself. 24/7 rent a car booth in the lobby.
