"3 days no working toilets in the rooms or the property and at times little to no running water as well. Extremely dissatisfying trip and no resolve to this issue.Multiple calls to the reception area for help went unanswered. will never return"

We took a cab ride approximately 45 minutes from our location at around 930 pm only to be told when we arrived that the property had the reservation in their system, and there was a room available, but ..."
