We truly appreciated everything they did for us and felt welcomed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Concón, Chile. "They have a fantastic ocean view, very welcoming and eco-friendly. Playa La Boca is a great place for beginner surfers too. They have multiple outdoor spaces with ocean views. I would only recommend some more cushions on the outdoor searing and that Marley doesnt bark before 9am, but he is a sweet dog."

"La habitación no estaba completa, toallas con hongos, sábanas sucias y cortinas inadecuadas para un buen descanso "

"Cuando llegue ai con mi numero de reserva pagada me dijeron que la reserva no existe. Perdi dinero por siete dias de reserva que no fueron reembolsados. Tengan cuidado con este hotel son ladrones y no reenbolsan su reserva. No lo usen. Los atendientes son mal educados e ignorantes."

"Great hotel in a perfect location"

"A very good stay. The room excellent, very comfortable and clean. The atmosphere very good, the hosts very friendly...100% recommended."

"I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. There were some staff members that were nice and helpful in other ways but this tax issue made our experience so negative."

"Todo perfecto!!"

"Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer und gutes Essen."
