"Everything was absolutely perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was always clean and inviting. Great breakfast, restaurant was exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again!!"

"The entire staff were amazing! Aleksandra checked us in and was awesome! Everyone we encountered from there was just welcoming and nice. The room is small but clean and cozy and the shower was hot and had great water pressure….not to mention a towel heater!!!! The hotel also booked our taxi from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port! And, I was able to pay for the taxi through the hotel! I definitely recommend this great hotel."

Brunch was available and the service and food at restaurant was very good, but wasn’t always open according to their posted hours. The housekeeping was adequate. "What a fabulous place to stay. We really enjoyed our time there and found it a convenient location to walk to downtown Reykjavík while also being close enough to free street parking. The only “issues” we had were with the trash/recycling, as we couldn’t find the key card that was supposed to be in the apartment, and we were unclear on whether or not the there was a cleaning service. We were there for over two weeks and didn’t notice any cleaning or changing of towels. These were really minor...

"We weren’t real sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The double room was plenty big for 2 of us. The bathroom was good sized but the sink was tiny and with very little space to “ put” things. Clean. View was great of the harbor but room hot at night even with the windows open and noisy. Men talking loudly outside at 3:00 am was not conducive to a good night’s rest. The breakfast is well worth it! It was a good place for a couple of nights and convenient to much in Reykjavík. "
