"Friendly staff, really nice place"

"Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. "Nice hotel, clean, amazing breakfast, and spa options. Beautiful grounds with separate open air hot pools as part of the island... The only annoyance was the staff that was too lazy to do anything. Calling room service was useless, might as well go and find it yourself."

"كان استقبال طاقم الفندق أثاء الوصول سيئ للغايه وعدم التعامل بحرفيه وطلبت منه مساعده ولم يساعدني وكذلك لم يعطني غرفة مناسبة "

"After I paid the full hotel costs when I arrived at the hotel, they asked me for an additional 30,000 thousand, and when I left, I did not get the amount."

"Location, location, location! The InterContinental Budapest is a classy, elegant hotel in an unbeatable location. Everything was spotless, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff was consistently professional and courteous. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended!"

"The whole hotel was immaculately clean."

"Generally good across the board - restaurant operations can be improved. 1. At breakfast the hot food did not stay hot for long - clients often did not close lids but service staff ignored that fact - easy fix. 2. On 2 occasions we could not get dinner because a large group overwhelmed the kitchen - information in this regard should have been posted near the bar early in the day so that other guests could have planned to have dinner out."

"Great hotel , good staff , amazing breakfast"
