"This place needs a professional manager. Even though it has aged, and sure shows it, it would have potential if properly managed. Many services provided were out of order, and complaining was dealt with by the staff providing answers which were certainly economical with the truth and downright insulting to one's intelligence. "Great location and lovely room. Staff were charming"

"Basic and OK for what I needed it for, to have a short rest in Vilnius before an early flight in the morning."

"Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla."

"I highly recommend a stay in this hotel. My husband and I have just stayed for 3 nights in a Business Double Room which was spacious and comfortable. We had one breakfast in the hotel and there was a good range and choice of hot and cold options. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town which is perfect for exploring the city and close to many restaurants and cafes."

"Cool place and good location."

"I stayed here only for a night but after seeing the amazing crew and the interior, i regretted instantly not booking for more days. I highly recommend anyone (especially if you are a female solo traveller like me) to stay at this beautiful hotel for a pleasent journey. It’s also very closeby to the city center, not even mentioning the bus station (which is like 10 steps away) so i had no issue with the transportation!! Thank you again for this amazing stay, especially the ladies at the lobby...
