"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. "The 'Comfort Suite' was fantastic. A slightly odd layout with the bed in the kitchen but it was clean, the staff were friendly and we shared the swimming pool with just one neighbour. The 'residence' is made up of a lot of separate buildings, so it feels very much as though you have your own place. There's ample parking and the view was breathtaking. "
