The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. She helped with charters, food recommendations etc. When we arrived, she met us at the dock and helped with luggage. She was very responsive during the week as well. I don't think we've had a better host. Overall: Easily the best house, host and location. North Caicos is an absolute hidden gem. We had the best family vacation exploring North and Middle Caicos. "

"The house is a duplex and there was another young family there at the same time but other than them, this beach is essentially your own private beach. So quiet, secluded and beautiful! We walked and watched turtles and rats the whole time we were there. House was well stocked with things we needed and everything was great! Would highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our stay on the island and meeting with Mrs. Delancy was a pleasure. She was kind in meeting us at the dock and we followed her back to the cottage where she gave us a welcoming tour of the house. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The cottage was in a secluded area and about 5 minutes down a rocky road, but we felt safe and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The water pressure was adequate in the bathroom and shower. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was close to one of our favorite beaches on the island. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you Mrs. Delancy. "

"This was such an amazing find. My girlfriend and I are not resort people and so we wanted to find a property that both would allow us to feel like we are an apart of the island. This was the perfect spot cozied right next to a very popular beach as well as being away from the resorts. Susan was an amazing host and very kind and easy to communicate with. I will most certainly be staying here again when we come back"
