"We like our stay in the hotel, free breakfast buffet and parking included and the location is near to the airport and WEM. What I didn't like is the pool and hot tub which is not clean on the time of our visit. Elevator too is slow only one which is updated. Even the room small appliances needs some update too. If I will rate our family stay , it will be 3.5/5. Thank you to the staff working during breakfast buffet. 😊Also the house keeping staff who are changing the towels and removing garbage...

"Our group booked multiple rooms at this hotel, and unfortunately one of the rooms (occupied by our friend) was found to have bed bugs. Because we were travelling together, our children spent many hours in that room over the course of our three-day stay before the problem was discovered. This created a very stressful situation, as we had to inspect and treat all of our belongings after returning home out of concern that the bed bugs may have spread. While our own room did not show obvious signs...

"Events should be posted so people know what they are in for. Screaming children all night from multiple sports teams is not what I would ever pay for again, terrible parenting and I know there is not much the hotel staff can do but posting events would let people know what they are in for. Unfortunately this terrible experience will not have me ever going back to this hotel."

"Very misleading representation of this property. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The property is extremely run-down, and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The hallways and rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. My room had large stains on the carpet, and even the lampshade was visibly stained and dirty. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and nothing like what was advertised. I would not stay here again and would absolutely not recommend it...

"Staff were so friendly! The hotel and pool are dated but it is in a convenient area (15-20 min drive to all the attractions). Would definitely stay here again."
