"Been staying at Locke for years the standards have dropped, the window seals are all loose, and noise from outside is bad, room cleanness is very poor hair was found on the sofa the moment we checked in. Really need to revamp their cleaning contracts under the bed was filthy. Clean sheet and towels but overall work surface was not cleaned properly I cleaned it much better and left it cleaner than when we checked in."
