"We requested two keys at booking, but were denied it. Very inconvenient when there are three people. They should have replied to say the will not provide two keys. We would then have had the option of looking elsewhere.
There was just one socket to charge phones or the kettle in a room for 3 people. We had to ask for an extension which was dirty and sticky!
The kettle wire was frayed, something they need to look into. Also, we could not use the drawers in the bedside tables as they had...
