"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery.
It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful.
The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy.
I also enjoyed the on-site sauna.
My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work.
Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."

"The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove...

"The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. "Well located property, at Tamarin Bay.
Breakfast was decent, but with the same fare everyday. It could do with some variety so that you’re not eating the same thing during your stay.
Our room unfortunately had several red ants.
Staff were overall very friendly and helpful."
