"Great room, staff and location!"

"Location was great! The pillow on the bedding and the blanket had some stains. The online images make the room appear bigger than it actually is."

"Location is ok and the hotel is generally clean and well presented however to be woken up by a cleaner at 9am when checkout is 12pm is totally unacceptable. A bathroom with no where to hang towels or robes is only a detail but I didn’t feel the price of the room was justified. A shaving point in the bathroom which was totally inaccessible is just another little detail that hasn’t been thought about. Staff were ok not great, just ok and didn’t seem to care that we had been woken by the cleaner...

"The property is located in the city of London near some neat businesses, good restaurants and the underground. The property management company made check-in and access to the apartment a breeze. However, the property is located above a pub and across the street from a pub. Despite triple paned windows, the noise was a bit much on a couple of evenings. "Pro’s: The location, how quiet the balcony was, the friendly smile we got at check in. Con’s: The sink didn’t drain properly (asked the staff to fix it, they didn’t), the place was kindof clean at first glance -until you look in the corners and at the drinking glasses, the shower was small and in bumped my head getting into it, the air con kept turning off, the listing didn’t have an address (only a street name) so we had to call to ask where they were located specifically, the “reception” was...
