"We stayed at the Heritage hotel Zagreb- Dubrovnik when the property was newly opened after renovation. We found that the hotel was conveniently located to the beach and all the cafes and bars in the Babin Kuk area. "The location is fantastic—just a couple of minutes' walk from Pile Gate, making sightseeing, dining, and nightlife super convenient. Check-in was very smooth! However, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, as there is no elevator. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn't working well, making the room very hot and uncomfortable (as other reviews have mentioned).
