The Home Varaville 2 km from Cabourg, 30 m from the beach by a private road. A garden of 400 m² for shared use. A place of parking on the closed ground. Baker, Charcutier at 200 m, restaurant at 300 m, thermal center "Thalazur" at 1 km, golf course 18 holes at 1km.
Semi-detached villa of 80 m², 4 rooms, on 2 levels. Fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with flat screen TV, corner sofa, a bedroom on the ground floor (140 cm bed) with flat screen TV, WC on ground floor. Upstairs: shower room with WC and towel dryer, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 flat screen TV, 1 wardrobe and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and flat screen TV.
Electric heating, 1 iron with table, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Housekeeping not included, foresee 60 € in cash to be given at the delivery of the keys imperatively. If no deposit no keys will be given on arrival. If the house is impeccable this sum will be refunded to you at your departure.
A deposit check must be handed in at the entrance of an amount of 500 €.
Check in time is 1 pm (see other options if required), and departure at 10 am.
Non smoking inside the house, small animals allowed.

Séjour de 3 nuits à varaville

Très bon sejour au calme, dans la maison située à quelques mètres d une grande plage. La maison est bien équipée et dispose d un jardin partagé clos commun aux autres propriétaires qui a fait le bonheur de notre chienne. Nous avons pu découvrir la région : Caen, château de bouttemont, Cabourg et Houlgate. Nous reviendrons pour la suite !

Excellente de À à Z. La maison est juste parfaite, tres bien équipée et lits très confortables. La proximité à la mer est merveilleuse. Vraiment magnifique.

Un séjour reposant et vivifiant

Agréable location proche mer

Séjour agréable location spacieuse manque quelques équipements dans salle de bains notamment Pannier douche pour les produits et raclette de nettoyage Propreté limite 😨 nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voisins pour que les chiens puissent profiter du jardin. La mer a 200 m et la tranquillité A recommander !

Fijn appartement

De woning zelf prima te doen, niet geheel super netjes, goede ruimtes. Omgeving uitstekend en lekker dicht bij het mooie strand. Maar goed ook dat strand zo dichtbij was daar de beloofde omheinde tuin niet aanwezig bleek, althans was er wel maar mag niet gebruikt worden. Juist dit huisje genomen Ipv een appartement vanwege de tuin voor de kinderen. Erg vervelend dus dat dit zo verkeerd voorgelicht wordt.

À notre arrivé impossible d'identifier la maison vu les rue chemin ou rue qui son à côté puis grâce à un voisin nous avons trouvés après pas de clefs le concierge n'avait soit disant pas le bon numéro de téléphone et après la maison pas très propre serviettes hygiéniques dans la poubelle etc.....

Maison agréable, deco sympa, nous avons passé un agréable sejour, dommage que l ensemble manque d entretien...barbecue inutilisable, rouillé et rempli d eau. Une chaise cassé, une barre a rideau qui s arrache du mur....c est dommage

nice house next to the beach

the house itself was cosy and clean, but in contradiction to the description, no private parking in the property and no access to the garden were allowed. There's also no WIFI available and the 4G signal is really poor.

Excellent emplacement. Une petite maison sympathique correctement meublé mais manque d'entretient. le coin terrasse pour les repas en extérieur n'est pas du tout entretenu. Dommage. la conciergerie de Cabourg chargé du ménage et de la remise des clés n'est pas du tout à la hauteur.

Très bon séjour à Varaville

La maison est agréable et très bien située, à 2 pas de la plage via un petit sentier. Le jardin est grand et clôturé ce qui était sécurisant pour nos enfants et notre chien. Il est partagé mais nous n'avons eu personne dans la maison mitoyenne. La literie est confortable. Il manque qqs équipements : pas de poubelle, pas assez de couverts et de verres par rapport au nombre de personnes qui peuvent être logées, pas de carafe d'eau, une bouilloire qui ne marche pas, pas de table et chaises pour manger dehors quand il fait beau (ce qui est fort dommage car nous avons eu un super temps!). Le bémol est le parking : on ne peut pas se garer dans la jardin mais juste sur un parking de 4 places non privées, qui est vite plein en journée et il y a très peu de possibilités de stationnement aux alentours. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable moment dans cette maison

Beaucoup de petites réparations à effectuer. Pb d'une tringle à rideau qui tombe le jour de notre arrivée et la propriétaire qui me demande de payer à sa place alors qu'elle est responsable ?

Bonjour, Nous sommes très déçus de Abritel, le propriétaire de cette maison et de l’agence de conciergerie. L’annonce est mensongère. Il n’y a pas Internet. Pas de draps à l’arrivée, les volets se ferment à peine et on n’a personne qui a répondu pour la check-out. Nous avons donc laissé les clés devant la maison. Nous ne passerons plus par Abritel pour nos futurs vacances.

Aucune consigne donnée à l’arrivée, pas d’adresse, quand j’ai appelé la conciergerie, elle m’a donné une mauvaise adresse, ce qui m’a valu un accueil fort peu aimable des voisins. Nous sommes arrivés, la porte d’entrée principale ouverte, ce qui est inquiétant quand quand on arrive dans un endroit que l’on ne connais pas. La communication est quasi inexistante et Veronique la propriétaire ne répond pas aux messages et ne donne aucune consigne sur le check out. Le pire… la saleté ! À notre arrivée, les WC n’était pas nettoyé et il restait les excréments des précédents locataires une horreur ! la maison n’est absolument pas entretenue Les dessous d’evier ou de lavabo sont très sales, gras et poussiéreux, les carreaux, bords de fenêtres, placards , étagères ne sont pas nettoyés, la haute aspirante est tellement grasse que l’on ose pas la toucher. Nous sommes arrivés, l’apurateur n’avait pas été passé, et en plus en panne Les sols n’étaient pas lavés et nous avons commencé par retirer les tapis des chambres, et notamment celle des enfants ils étaient tachés non aspirés est extrêmement poussiéreux. Il y a dans cette maison, une odeur de moisi dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée et de graisse dans la salle. Les 70€ de ménage qui sont facturés sont absolument injustifiés. Cela est désolant et dommage car cette maison est extrêmement bien placée, dans un chemin privé , très proche de la plage et très calme. Cela ne compense pas le manque de propreté.
