Great place to stay and in a perfect location across from the mall and restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and they had breakfast inside. They should take down the pool signs since it’s permanently closed.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms showed a little wear and tear, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is right across from Springfield mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

The Check in Manager Aaron would not honor my reservation by not allowing me to pay the incidental fee ($50) with a friend's card over the phone. I had to sleep in the car, the temp was around 40 that night. Terrible Customer service. This is a hotel?

I could honestly say that this is one of the best hotel I’ve had in a long time. The customer service was great from the beginning to the end no issues.Kay was very helpful and professional the gentleman that worked Saturday night I didn’t get his name because I really didn’t interact with him. It was my husband, but he was awesome too the waitress at the restaurant. She was great. I will definitely be staying there again.
