Good breakfast. Walking distance from Iguatemi shopping center, with supermarket and good restaurants.

Pros: Beds were Comfortable, location and great breakfast. Cons: noisy (need anti noise windows) because next to shopping and very busy street, new towels (they were so old and with stains) and tinted windows because the morning light came through the blackout curtains.

Excelente localização, ao lado estacionamento do shopping Iguatemi. Fácil acesso a pé ao shopping. Hotel um pouco antigo, mas com apartamentos espaçosos e sem odores de mofo. Café da manhã completo.

A ecosustentabilidade estava ótima. Usam o mesmo jogo de toalhas há uns 20 anos. O ar condicionado estava sem gás refrigerante, ou seja, sem resfriar. Pedi para verificarem. Não tive retorno. Pedi para trocar de quarto. Não trocaram. Tive que pedir 3 vezes para repor o shampoo. Por isso guanharam essas 5 estrelas em ecosustentabilidade. Parabéns! Ah. Te o café da manhã também. Todas as guarnições com os alimentos acabando ou vazios. Sem repor durante todo o período que ficamos no café (cerca de uma hora). Nesse hotel não volto mais pois não vale o preço cobrado. A única coisa boa é a localização. Mas tem no mínimo outros dois bem próximos que certamente serão nossa escolha na próxima vez.
