"It is a pleasure to write a review of Casa das Capelas. It is a large and beautiful, fully renovated, historical building, set in lovely grounds. My excellent room looked out over rolling countryside. So peaceful. And the owners were extremely hospitable. There is a great patio to have a glass of wine, meet a few locals and eat a light dinner. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area."

"Very disappointed to arrive at the property and there was no food or even bar service available. I booked this for my husbands birthday and had a very stressful time trying to find a place on a Sunday afternoon to have a meal. No one could accommodate us. "

"Stunning property. Very old Casa with recent modern renovations. Unbelievable host who made us an amazing dinner and breakfast. We are hiking the Camino de Santiago and it was our first very, very hot day. The cerveza's were super cold. The galician octopus served at dinner was so yummy.
