Pas de restaurant ouvert un samedi soir! Alors que le choix de l’hôtel s’est fait en fonction de l’option « restaurant »!!!! À l’arrivée, chambre sans électricité - changement de chambre! Hôtel vieillissant, chauffage peu performant et brouillant.

Globalement positif, mais...

Dommage pour le chaos au petit déjeuner (dû certes à un manque de personnel, mais aussi sans doute à une organisation déficiente en amont) - plus de tasses pour les boissons chaudes, les deux jus de fruits vides, plus de petites cuillers, etc. - parce que dans l'ensemble l'expérience est plutôt positive: chambres confortables, parking aisé, accès direct depuis l'autoroute.

We have stayed at Campanile Hotels as they are conveniently situated, have ample free parking and have a restaurant. The room was clean and there was a large comfortable bed, good size bathroom and have external blinds which makes the room dark for sleeping. We were very disappointed as the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday. The website stated it was open every day of the week including Sundays which is why we booked. Their own website should be updated!

le repas du soir est horrible. tres peu de choix dans les entrées et les desserts son tres mauvais, que du surgelé! meme la salsde de fruits est sans gout.

Très déçus. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain alors qu’il fait 8 degrés dehors le matin. Salle de bain vétuste, pas de balayette pour les wc. Pour le petit déjeuner, à 8h pas de jus d’orange (livraison prévue l’après midi…)pièce peu chauffée, on a du garder nos manteaux pour déjeuner. Le soir pas de lumière pour éclairer la porte d’entrée et chambre pas du tout insonorisée. Fini pour nous les hotels Campanile.
