"Staff was beyond friendly and amazing"

"When we got to room, we noticed couch had a broken leg on it, then when we went to bathroom the handle would fall off on door, the toilet got stuck multiple times and the water kept running on it. The water wouldn’t go down when someone used toilet and it overflowed. The internet cut off every couple of minutes, the beds were hard to sleep on. Very noisy all day with traffic. The breakfast was very good and the housekeeping was great too. The employees were outstanding."

"My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again. "
