Step inside our updated, coastal-inspired 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo designed for comfort and relaxation. Perfect for couples or small families, it sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee as dolphins play in the surf, or winding down with a sunset cocktail, every corner of the condo is designed for comfort and memorable moments. Our beachfront condo isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s an experience. Guests love our countless, carefree amenities including our fully stocked coffee station: starter set of coffee pods, flavored syrups, creamers, and sweeteners make your morning cup effortless; designated beach towels to be used at the pool or beach; as well as access to our owner's storage stocked with backpack beach chairs, a small cooler, boogie boards, pickleball equipment and more! Small touches like these turn your stay into a relaxing, hassle-free getaway.
Please note the following house and HOA rules required to book our property:
1. Primary renter/booker MUST be at least 25 years of age and must be staying in the rental. No 3rd party rentals.
2. Signed renter agreement and a copy of your government issued ID (driver's license) are required to book along with a security deposit hold of $300. Please note this is simply a hold and nothing will actually be charged unless excessive cleaning is required or there is damage to the property or furnishings discovered after your departure. The hold will be processed by the Host on the Guest's credit card 2 days prior to arrival and will be released 3 days after Guest's departure.
3. The uploaded ID must match the primary renter.
4. A maximum of 4 guests allowed, including children/infants regardless of age.
5. No parties.
6. No pets.
7. No smoking in unit, on balcony or resort walkways. There are designated smoking areas on the ground level.
Additional Onsite Fees Required:
Upon arrival you will need to check into the office for a parking pass and wristbands so you have full access to the property. Credit, debit or tap-to-pay are the only payments accepted, no cash. If you arrive after hours, gate security can issue these items. Parking is $30 for the whole stay and each wrist band is $6 (for guests age 12+). There is only one car per unit allowed. If you need additional parking, there is a lot near Ripley's Believe it or Not (just down the street and walkable to Sunbird) that is $12 per day.
We also recommend purchasing travel insurance especially during hurricane season as refunds are not offered due to circumstances out of our control including but not limited to events such as weather, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
