"Beautiful setting, amazing views, clean in general and Great communication with hosts although there were a couple of things that could be improved on. Maybe air con in at least 1 room in the villa to cool it down, being in the mountains was very very hot some days, we couldn’t cool the house down and fans were just blowing hot air around, unbearable of a night. The villa is in desperate need of a security gate of some sort, it is completely open where anyone at anytime can walk onto and into the property unless locking doors behind you, we had wild bore wondering around at the bottom of the steps and several times ramblers walking passed the steps upto the villa whilst passing through on their walk into the campo at the side. We did feel quite vulnerable up there therefore we were happy there were neighbours about. The electric did trip twice over night and we had to throw away around 70 worth of food in the fridge and freezer. This was raised with the owner who had an electrician out the same day. If these things were put in place we would probably request to stay there again but for us as a family we just felt it was too big of a security issue to want to stay again which is a shame because it is beautiful. "

"Came here for two weeks, and honestly loved it! The room was nice, bed was comfortable, closet was large, bathroom was nice as well as the shower. A cozy room for one person. No dirt, really clean, quiet, and perfect to just come and rest after a long day of walking. Really loved it! "

"Nice location but desperately needs maintenance, and noisy neighbours. We reported some maintenance issues at the start of the stay - the pool was sorted out, but nothing else was, including a loose electrical socket. Then in the second week the upstairs apartment was let to a bunch of apparently unsupervised teenagers, which caused some noise issues. I flagged these as they're contrary to the rental agreement, but in the end had to go and have words myself."

"We spent a wonderful 10 days at Monty’s property, where everything was as described on the listing. We were exploring southern Valencia which made for a great peaceful spot. What made the property stand out was all of the extras not always included in a holiday rental. The kitchens are fully stocked with all you need to cook. Use of beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolbox and even a paddleboard was very useful with the beach a 20 min drive and parking no problem. Monty was on hand to answer any questions and was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property. "

"We had a wonderful family holiday at Finca Craig. One week towards the end of October 2024. 6 adults and children aged 7 and 4 years old and an infant 5 months. The house has great accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen. With the mixed ages having 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs was ideal. Also a good sized heated swimming pool was perfect in the changeable weather. Lovely views over the village of Rotova to the hills. Short walk to the village which was very friendly but not touristy. Nearest town, Gandia, has a fantastic beach with free parking nearby. Many thanks to Menno and David who welcomed us on arrival, dealt with any queries very promptly and were excellent hosts.
