"The property is very big! I like the layout of the old hotel, It has beautiful character. The rooms are very big and clean. AC worked well, shower was working very well. The pools were warm and clean. However, the person working in the pool area is hard to get for towels or beverages. They really need 2 people at all times.
The beds are just ok for comfort and sadly the pillows are absolutely horrible. My husband, daughter and I woke up complaining of the smell and hard pillows. Our necks were sore. Other than that, we have no complaints. Change the pillows to be more user friendly on the body and this would be a five star rating."
