"Lovely hotel right in the heart of Lamai Beach but we couldn't hear any noise in the room at night. Freindly staff, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a large, freeform pool which we loved and had to ourselves on several occasions. You have everything you need at this hotel and its surrounding area. A good breakfast with plentiful choice available. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again."

"A surprisingly excellent stay! Given the price, we had low expectations, but were greeted by a spotlessly clean twin room. The shared shower and toilet facilities were equally spotless, with lukewarm water and decent pressure. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A rooftop seating area, reached by a steep black ladder, made a great spot for morning coffee. We couldn’t fault it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Note that air conditioning incurs an additional charge."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Villas by Weekender due to how central the resort is to all the action of Lamai Beach. Once you walk out of the resort you're in the middle of everything with lots to see and due all within walking distance. The great thing is that while you're on the property itself, it's very quiet and you don't get all the noise from the street. "We had an incredible experience with Anantara. From the cleanliness of the room, to the kidness of the staff (including a free upgrade to the pool villa room) we really enjoyed our stay. As a vegetarian, I was slightly nervous about the breakfast options, but there was so much available to us and the staff was really accompdating and let me know what else they could give us. If you dont mind walking, it is a 20min walk to Chaweng beach and night market which is also beautiful. I would reccomend it to those that want to have a perfect stay, not living in the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you can walk there/take a tuk tuk if needed. "
