Staff was helpful during checkin. For multiple days stay, rooms are cleaned every 3 days unless requested using sign posted on door before 9am. Skip breakfast at this hotel since the restaurant is small and can accomodate only a few people at one time.

This is a well located hotel. Easy access to Hakata station. We know rooms in general are small in Japan, but I found this one smaller than the norm especially when the bed is against 2...almost 3 walls and you have crawl out of bed when you are 2 guests. We arrived at the hotel around 9-10pm. There were issues with the check-in system, so a staff helped us. It was quite warm in the lobby, the elevator, and in the hallways. There were a few combini around/nearby so that was a plus. We had put do not disturb sign, and came back to a nice package of fresh towels, pjs, etc. That was a nice touch.

立地は博多駅近くなので観光、ショッピング等に適しています。 また駅から近いが少しだけ外れた場所なので駅前の騒がしさも気になりません。 ただホテル内は快適ですが上階まで吹抜けの為他の階からの音も聞こえてくるので音が気になる方はおススメしません。
