"drove 1000 KMs to get to this location, arrived at midnight, hotel was closed with no staff on site, called Hotels.Com they could not get in contact with the hotel and informed me that it closes at 22:00, did not mention this on the app when i booked, slept in my car, hotel opened at 08:00, had a shower and the mediocre breakfast then had another 1000 KMs to drive. "Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...

"We have to open the window because room got very hot, just to find out there was a stair outside the window were anyone can get inside our room in the middle of the night, also room was very basic, old tv, carpet and nothing else. Otherwise it was a great location next to the train station, pharmacy, supermarket and other stores. Breakfast was great quality."
