La location était super ! La piscine en bas de la résidence, la plage, le chemin de ronde, la marinera, le port, le centre ville... Tout est accessible à pied et l'appartement spacieux est très agréable.

Estuve con mi familia 2 semanas en Dénia y la elección de la casa no ha podido ser mejor. Espacios amplios y funcionales, mobiliario moderno y reformada recientemente, y con el valor anadido de tener plaza de parking, wifi y aire acondicionado. Está a distancia caminando tanto del centro del pueblo, como de la Marina. La playa no es la mejor de Dénia al estar cercana al puerto, aunque está al lado del alojamiento. Repetiría sin ninguna duda. Carmen ha sido muy amable y flexible a la hora de acomodarse a nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo 100%

Het appartement is goed verzorgd, netjes en schoon. Het gebouw waar het appartement zich in bevindt is ook keurig verzocht. Alles werkt prima en correct. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het is er rustig. Carmen(contactpersoon) is enorm aardig en behulpzaam. Ze reageert snel op vragen en is duidelijk. De airconditioning werkt super. Al met al een prima verblijf en zeker een aanrader!

L’appartement lui-même est très agréable, lumineux, spacieux, décoré sobrement et avec goût. Les équipements intérieurs (climatisation, jolie résidence calme, agréable, très appréciables). La belle plage de sable fin les commerces de proximité et la ville à 5 mn en voiture font de cet appartement un point de chute idéal pour un séjour de détente. En y ajoutant la visite de la Côte, de Valence à Alicante, pour des vacances réussies. A recommander 100% France.

l'appartement intérieur et extérieur, est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce, ère très propre avec une magnifique vue et au calme. Environnement très calme, mais facile d'accès avec position stratégique à la plages, ville et restaurants. Très bon acceuil de la part des propriétaires, très sympa, a recommander à 100 %. Un deuxième séjour dans cet appartement janvir 2014 est toujours agréable. Très bel appartement confortable à proximité de la plage. L'appartement est entièrement équipé y compris le linge de lit et les serviettes très propre et fraîchement peint comme premières et très calme, allez-vous retourner une troisième fois sans aucun problème. Propriétaire très attentif.

Very nice & convenient apartment close to the beach. The apartment is fully equiped including beach sun beds, a big garden with a relaxing terrace, we had a good holidays in the apartment. I hope to come back in the future because is a confortable house.

la baignoire balneo ne fonctionne pas et aucune réparation n'a été effectuée. Les ustensiles en petit nombre et de bas de gamme et la cafetière pour un bol ne répondent pas à un logement pour 6 personnes. La qualité de la literie laisse à désirer (ressorts). La salle de sport et le sauna décrits dans l'annonce sont inutilisables suite à une inondation par orage depuis plus de 2 ans. L'appartement n'est pas en 1ere ligne mais en 2e ligne. Donc il n'y a pas "vue sur la mer".

Merci pour le beau séjour que nous avons passé à Denia. Très bel appartement,bien aménagé fonctionnel et propre. L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos.. L'emplacement est privilégié. L'accueil par la propriétaire a été très chaluereux et rempli de bons conseils pour visiter la ville. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme, est agréable pour un séjour avec des enfants.

"Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en Denia. La casa es muy bonita tal y como se ve en las fotos del anuncio, pero sobretodo cómoda, limpia y el aire acondicionado esta centralizado por lo que pudimos disfrutar de las vacaciones perfectas. Nuestros niños pudieron disfrutar de un hermoso jardín de la piscina, yacusi y de todas las instalaciones que dispone la urbanización. No es muy fácil de conseguir una casa así para vacaciones. Los propietarios fueron muy amables, discretos y muy atentos en todo momento. "

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire, l''appartement est design, neuf, et totalement équipé, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, les terasses sont super agréables. Nous allons d''ailleurs y retourner, nos 2 petites filles ont adoré l''espace jardin (privé) avec les piscines et les jeux. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, franchement c''est le top de la location ! En plus les propriétaires sont super sympas. Donc adresse à tout point de vue fortement recommandée "

"El apartamento es de diseño moderno, nuevo esta muy bien equipado y bien cuidado tiene una terraza muy grande, desde donde puede ver la piscina y un jardin de fabula. En mi opinion es un apartamento maravilloso que goza de un magnifico confor, esta cerca de la playa de la ciudad y en zona tranquila para disfrutar de unas relajadas vacaciones. "Appartement trés agréable. nous avons surtout apprécié le calme de l'endroit (peu de logements sont occupés en avril), le fait d'avoir une place de parking sécurisée et la propreté des lieux. La propriétaire Madame M. est trés accueillante et sympathique. Seul bémol : la cuisine. pas assez de vaisselle et une cafetière archaïque."
