"Great location. Very easy to get to anythingneeded. Great warm feel. We enjoyed the quiet little patio/zen garden that had a roof. So we even enjoyed during a little rainfall. Although the owners live next door, we had a lot of privacy as well. The only thing to know which is mentioned, and not a problem for us is that 1 bedroom is up a ladder in the loft, and the bonus bedroom opens to the patio. So, a few short covered/private steps to get inside to a bathroom. We chose this room and had no issues. I would recomend this property for a couple visiting the Eugene area. P.S. Try Cafe Med for some outstanding Italian food a stones throw away."

"An extended family gathering for a Duck football game in celebration of “Grandpa’s” 70th birthday. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out & yet all of us to still be under one roof together. Ideal accommodations for our entire family!"

The property was beautiful and the owners were quick to respond everytime I reached out and very accommodating of a last minute need to have my bridesmaids over to do thier hair due to the hair stylist cancelling last minute!
