Grand indeed

Wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly right from the start. They took care of the car, luggage, even provided refreshments upon check in. We stayed two nights and this friendliness and professionalism continued throughout our stay. We enjoyed dinner on site one night and the service and food was equally superb. A great experience overall.

Nice stay

I had a fine stay, the best thing about the hotel was the staff who were super kind, friendly, welcoming & helpful and secondly its location. Generally the rooms were nice but it requires a bit of fixing/refurbishment. We had three rooms, my room was very warm so I couldn’t sleep in it. Campione was very quiet, but it might be due to the timing of my visit (late February)

The first room had wet carpets from bathroom leak. Shower situation needs to be reworked, since 3rd room had similar water stains. Moved to much smaller room for the night. Next morning moved to same big luxury room we booked. Nice welcome drink and snack! Very nice people. Beautiful breakfast. Room we booked was very large and nice.

Poor management of unsatisfied guests

Nice, spacious, modern room! But our ones were nothing like in the photos... our rooms (we had 2 of them) had cover on top and it was dark! Basically, we had constant cloudy evening during sunny day... depressing... nothing was possible to do about it... room service can be done only before 14:00 (thats what they told us) so my daughter was in shower and had to rush out so that we could receive the service... instead of enjoying the lovely hotel room and view (as in photos) i wanted to escape the room and to “see” the sun and day...
