Come stay at our beautiful old farm house, minutes from Cooperstown, NY. Enjoy hiking, relaxing, perennial flowers. Plenty of room for kids to play outside far back from the road . Picnic and BBQ,grill included, outside on the patio with great views.
Wi-Fi and landline phone provided.
Minutes from Basswood Pond where you can fish and canoe or kayak.
Fly Creek Cider Mill is a popular tourist stop just miles from the farm heading to Cooperstown, a great family experience. Both Basswood and the Cider Mill have websites.
Reservations are for a minimum of 6 nights, refer to the 2024 Dream Parks baseball schedule in the photo section or go on line to https://www.cooperstownstay.com/baseball-tournament-schedule-573967949
Check in after 3pm and check out is @ 10am.

12 miles from shopping and Cooperstown area with tourist attractions like the Baseball Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum, Hyde Hall, the Brewery Ommegang and Otsego Lake. 30 minutes from Oneonta which offers a wide variety of restaurants and boutiques.
A great place for families to stay while attending youth baseball tournaments or just have a relaxing family vacation in the country.
