frontage is lovely to wake up to lovely trees n birds. big lovely house. queen main room n bathroom good size , shower, toilet hand bason. 2 bbques outside lovely setting looking out at 120 ft gum trees. walk or ride a bike. lovely house all round. quest room as a king single or double room.

Double booked us using multiple sites

Absolute disgrace Double booked us and we had to find another property last minute Lucky we did because her house was a disgrace when we got there

It looks like the host lives in the house every day, other than when she has a booking. Her personal stuff and clutter is everywhere in the house. Sofas in lounge was covered with stuff, like a dinner tray left out, clothing, bags of old stuff. Clothing A-frame was in the house. Sheets on the washing line outside. Stained rugs. Vomit patch. Personal phone numbers stuck onto kitchen wall, eg Service Australia, disputes centre, aged care help. Personal family photos all over the place including photos of grandchildrenHouse smelt funny. I sprayed it with room spray but it didn't help.I think she tried. She tried to make a room and bathroom nice, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Multiple emails to host from myself and phone calls from Stayz were unanswered until the last day. Host said I was cancelled and then put back in by Stayz last minute but I had never cancelled - but wish I did.Even booking 3-4 months ahead she still had her property listed as 'available' on Airbnb site for the date I booked. After asking Stayz they had to email her to make it unavailable.We get charged a cleaners fee but no external cleaner - she only gets it cleaned from her support workers who visit, not an actual cleaning company.Book elsewhere even if you have to he outside of Ballarat.Definitely not recommended.Think Stayz and any other hosting site needs to ban this property listing, it's not up to standard - not at all!Stuff left on bedsheets, no space to relax.AVOID
