"Great staff, basic clean room. The hotel look a bit worn but the staff were absolutely fantastic. "

"The hotel was bad even by the standard of these budget hotels. The worst thing was that the reception was closed and I couldn’t check in after 10 pm even though they were happy to take my booking after 10 pm. Then a very grumpy lady came out to check me in. It wasn’t her fault, it’s the way the system was designed, but it was unpleasant for me, I was on the road for the whole day and was tired and wanted to sleep but I had to deal with how do I get in and then she if that woman had not come out and helped me I would have had to find another place."

"We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again."

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
