The 50 square meter house is modernly furnished. Everything is there to enjoy their individual holiday. The house has a master bedroom with double bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds (2m x 0.9m), a comb. Living room with fold-out sofa bed, a modern kitchenette with a microwave and cooking facilities, bathroom with shower and toilet. Further features include a winter garden and a terrace to the house. From the backwaters you have a view of the backwaters. In the cozy barbecue area you can watch the beautiful sunsets. These use both apartments together. A travel cot and a highchair are provided upon request free of charge. A linen package consisting of bedding, 2 small towels, 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth, 1 bath mat can be ordered free of charge upon request.

The newly built house is divided into two residential units and is located in the midst of a beautiful forest, in a quiet location of the seaside resort Zinnowitz. In the cozy barbecue area on the property, you can watch the beautiful sunsets. These use both apartments together. The lively town center and the beach are within walking distance (about 2km). Shops can be found nearby.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
