"These people are very nice and helpful. I arrived late, and then locked my keys in the car! They were very nice, giving us a late check out and understanding of our dilemma - thank goodness for AAA!! The only thing is that their tubs are very slippery and there's nothing on the bottom. I was advised to put a towel on the bottom of the tub, which did help - otherwise, I was sure that I would slip and fall!! Please put something on the tub bottom or make tub floor mats available!! Breakfast was very good too. "

"We stayed 2 nights on a weekend the hotel was super busy but they managed to still be professional polite and flexible the hotel was clean and they room was just as pictured only problem I had was switching the wristband everyday you have to go to the lobby and request them but we had a great time engaged with new people and last but not least it was diverse we were not the only African American people . "
