Huus Poeler Wiek: Beautiful thatched cottage near the beach and world cultural city Wismar

This very high quality and lovingly furnished holiday home under thatch (97 square meters) is located just 500 meters from the beach. It is located on an approximately 580 square meters large, fenced (50cm high picket fence) Plot z. T. overlooking the sea and extends over two floors (underfloor heating).
On the ground floor welcomes you a bright and open living / dining area (sofa bed, stereo system with Bluetooth function, Blue-Ray player), incl. Stove and integrated kitchen (dishwasher, stove, fridge freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto capsule dispenser, etc.) as well as the sauna with additional shower, guest toilet and utility room with washing / drying machine. For your information and entertainment in the holiday home, numerous guide books & maps, books, and DVDs and games for indoors and outdoors!
Upstairs there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds). As well as the daylight (hairdryer) with a shower and bathtub in a very high-quality construction.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir fanden ein sauberes und geräumiges Ferienhaus vor, genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Überrascht waren wir von dem großen Garten, der auf den Bildern nicht so rüber kam. Empfehlenswert.

Die Agentur ist nicht gerade freundlich, nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!

Wir haben uns im haus mit unserem Hund extrem wohlgefühlt. Reichlich Platz auch auf dem Grundstück.

Es wurde wirklich nicht in der Siedlung geknallt! Erlaubt war es am Strand, was aber unsere Hunde im und am Ferienhaus nicht als störend empfunden haben ( Nur Geräusche im Hintergrund)

Geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung in unmittelbarer Meeresnähe

Für ausgiebiges Zusammensitzen luden der große Tisch der Wohnküche oder die sonnige Terrasse ein, sowie der Ostseestrand für lange Spaziergänge, fast direkt vor der Tür.Das Haus steht in einer Ferienhaussiedlung, womöglich hat man in der Hochsaison weniger Ruhe und Privatsphäre, was bei uns nicht der Fall war.Wir hatten vergessen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu ordern, diese wurden uns problemlos noch am Abend von der Agentur gebracht.Für unsere Zwecke, ein Treffen mit Freunden, war das Haus perfekt.

Schöne Zeit mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern 😉

Das Haus und die Feriensiedlung ist schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur auch super. Als kleine Anmerkung…wir hatten das Wäschpaket gebucht. Die Handtücher sind doch schon sehr abgenutzt bzw. veraltet. Sie könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war es Forums ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Schönes neues Haus, modern, komplett ausgestattet, gute Lage, ruhig. Nur der gestellte Egrill funktionierte nicht, auch das schnell bereitgestellte Ersatzgerät war leider nicht brauchbar.

Reethaus-Idylle in Zierow

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus - in dem es an nichts fehlte. Strand nach kleinem Spaziergang fussläufig erreichbar. In Zierow selbst ist nicht ganz soviel los, wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier richtig.

Schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir waren für einen Herbsturlaub eine Woche in Zierow. Das Haus ist super, die Gegend ruhig. Man wird zum Radfahren oder spazieren eingeladen, das Grundstück ist großzügig mit Strandkorb und Terrassenüberdachung. Die Sauna ist natürlich ein Highlight bei schlechtem Wetter.

Schönes Haus in einem gut gelegenen Ferienhausgebiet, kurze Wege für die Hunderunden und zum Strand. Der Zaun (50cm) war für unseren Hund kein Hindernis um mal den Nachbarn hallo zu sagen. :-)

Traumhafter Urlaub

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war einfach traumhaft. Angefangen von der unkomplizierten Anreise mit Schlüsselabholung nach den Öffnungszeiten bis hin zur Abreise und Abgabe des Schlüssels. Das Haus war noch schöner wie online zu sehen war. Es war alles vorhanden vom Eierkocher in der Küche bis zum Liegestuhl und Elektrogrill im Garten. Sehr wohl haben wir uns im tollen Strandkorb auf der ruhigen Terrasse gefühlt. Sowohl die Kinder als auch die zwei Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Da der Sandstrand so nah liegt, konnten wir ihn jeden Tag genießen. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge am Strand haben uns den Urlaub unvergessen gemacht. Schade das er schon nach 14 Tagen vorbei war. Gerne kommen wir wieder !

Haus top, Ansprechpartner vor Ort nicht

Das Haus und die komplette Anlage sind spitze! Es war alles sauber und vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort dagegen war leider miserabel (spätere Anreisezeit wie bei FeWo angegeben, Zahlungen würden noch ausstehen, Abreisezeit wurde nicht eingehalten und wir saßen fast eine Stunde auf gepackten Koffern, bis wir endlich jemanden telefonisch erreichten und mussten den Schlüssel dann doch selbst im 25 km entfernten Boltenhagen abgeben). Schade für das Haus, das ist schön, aber wir werden wohl nicht mehr buchen.

Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der Verwaltungsgesellschaft verlief einwandfrei. Sehr gerne wieder. Insbesondere für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr geeignet.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in einem schönen Ferienhaus

Wir haben unsere Herbferienwoche in dem schönen Haus sehr geniessen können. Trotz schlechtem Wetter konnten wir schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung machen (Wismar, Boltenhagen, Pöhl, ...). Das Haus ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Ofen, die Sauna, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und die guten Betten haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Huus Poeler Wiek

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wunderbar.Der Naturstrand ist fußläufig in 15 min. erreichbar.Der Sandstrand in Zierow ist für Hunde gesperrt, der Hundestrand nebenan ist "nicht bewirtschaftet", d.h. besteht aus Seetang und Schlick und ist unbenutzbar.Für ein Badeerlebnis mit Kleinkind und Hund gibt es in Zierow keine Möglichkeit.Beim Kontakt mit der Gemeinde wurden uns 1000,-€ Strafe für die Benutzung am Rande des Sandstrandes mit Hund angedroht. In der Nähe in Richtung Boltenhagen gibt es aber ausgezeichnete Hundestrände.
