In winter, the taxi can only take you as far as “Cervo”, after which you have to walk about 300 meters along the ski slope to reach the house. Modern apartment house "Chalet Du Soleil", 3 storeys, built in 2015. In the district of Ried 1.2 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (110 steps) to the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 1.2 km, café 400 m, bicycle rental 450 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Sunnegga" 400 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.4 km. Tennis 1.2 km, cycle lane, slopes 100 m, ski rental, ski bus stop 450 m, ski school 1.2 km, children's ski school 1.2 km, ice rink 1.2 km. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Floor heating. Parquet floors. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the resort and the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance.
