Er war ein schöner Kurzurlaub. In der kühleren Jahreszeit ist es schön ; nach einem Spaziergang eine Sauna und einen kl. Pool in der Unterkunft zu haben. Wir haben es genutzt. Die Ruhe im Haus und die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend.

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist super, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Im Haus gibt es ein Schwimmbad und Sauna. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner die gegen Entgelt genutzt werden können. Es ist sehr ruhig im Haus, Fahrräder können untergestellt werden und Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus. Einziges Manko ist die Nähe zur Hauptstraße, diese hört man doch sehr, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Der Strand ist in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit top Lage. Vor allem das Schwimmbad und Sauna im Keller sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Der Strand ist in ca 5 min zu erreichen, wir haben die Zeit da sehr genossen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es Fliegengitter an beiden Balkontüren gibt u. komplette Außenjalousien! Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mikrowelle wäre noch schön gewesen u. eine Teekanne, weil wir keine Kaffeetrinker sind, aber wir sind auch so gut über die Runden gekommen. Spielesammlung war ausreichend vorhanden - sehr gut für unseren Sohn!

Ruhiges Ferienapartmenthaus
Ruhig am Dünenwald gelegen. Manchmal hört man den Zug. Anlage ansonsten sehr sauber gehalten. Wohnung mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet. Es sind überwiegend ältere Menschen sowie Eigennutzer im Apartmenthaus. Umgebung sehr schön in Richtung Zinnowitz durch den Wald oder am Strand lang. Zur Erholung ein schöner Ort.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Die Sitzmöglichkeit im Wohn-Esszimmer (Schlafcouch) war zum Sitzen unbequem. Die Dame von der Hausverwaltung dürfte etwas freundlicher und entgegenkommender sein.

Schönes Appartment, gute Lage zum Strand, auch super, dass man bei schelchtem Wetter im Pool kann Etwas schade ist, dass das Schlafzimmer nur ein Oberlicht hat, was sich bei Regen schließt und man nicht lüften kann

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch an Sonnenschirm. Wäscheständer etc ist gedacht. Ein Stern Abzug weil ein Fön wünschenswert wäre und der Reißverschluss der Bettwäsche defekt war.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet... bietet Platz - ist hell... Dank der zusätzlichen Fliegengitter kann man auch in den Abendstunden die Türen zum Balkon öffnen. Klasse auch die Möglichkeit im UG zu schwimmen. Nervig waren lediglich die eMails welche Fewo-direkt (angeblich im Namen des Vermieters!) sendet....

Positiv zu bewerten, aber .....
Das App. ist hell, geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Zu bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit! Sehr schmutzige große Fensterfront voller Spinnen und Spinnweben mit toten Insekten aussen. Der Boden im Bad hat wohl schon länger keinen feuchten Lappen gesehen - beim Wischen war mein Tuch sofort schwarz! Die Toilette war auch nicht sauber, der WC-Sitz müsste ausgetauscht werden. In der Küche war es das Spülbecken, das ungepflegt aussah. Die Ausstattung aber sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, nur eine große Dachluke, die nachts nicht zu verdunkeln ist - ein Nachteil für Menschen, die nur dunkel schlafen können (sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden). Der große Balkon liegt nach Osten mit Sicht auf Bäume, sonst nix. Geräuschpegel von der naheliegenden Bundesstr. auch nachts sehr deutlich zu hören. Angenehm und sauber das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im Keller. Das Haus selbst und der Ausenbereich mit Parkplatz sehr gepflegt und sauber.
