"I paid in full my reservation at the time of booking. When I got there the place had been shut down by the government, months earlier, as the neighbors let me know. Therefore, I obviously didn't receive the service I paid for. I had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. And, on top of that, Expedia tells me the manager refuses to reimburse my money. Unbelievable!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Amman and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality and professional service. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a plush bed, modern amenities, and a panoramic view of Amman’s skyline. One of the highlights was the well-equipped fitness center and spa, along with the heated outdoor pool—a rare and welcome find in the city.
